White Russian Kale and Red Cabbage Slaw

Makes about 2 servings

2 cups sliced Red Dog Farm White Russian Kale strips (about 1/2 lb. kale leaves, sliced)
1 1/2 cups red cabbage, thinly sliced (about 1/4 large head cabbage)
2 Red Dog Farm green onions, thinly sliced

Dressing:
1/2 cup mayo
2 T white wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. agave nectar
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp.chili powder
salt to taste

Cut off stems of kale, wash leaves and dry well. Stack leaves to cut into strips about 1/4 inch wide. Thinly slice the cabbage. Combine sliced cabbage and kale in plastic bowl. Thinly slice green onions and mix into greens.

Whisk together mayo, vinegar, agave nectar (or sweetener of your choice), celery seed, chili powder, and salt. Stir dressing into combined greens until all greens are lightly coated with dressing. Depending on your preference you may not use all the dressing. Cover salad and chill for at least 30 minutes.
