Makes 4 servings.

1 pint Red Dog strawberries
24 oz coconut water
1-2 sprigs mint
2 cups ice
Drizzle of honey (optional)

Throw all ingredients in the blender and process until smooth. Serve chilled with a sprig of mint. So refreshing!
