Strawberry Basil Yogurt Cooler
1/2 cup Greek-style yogurt
2 tablespoons sugar, or to taste
1/4 to 1/2 cup water
2 cups fresh Red Dog Farm strawberries
2 to 3 leaves fresh basil, plus more for garnish
Generous pinch freshly ground black pepper
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender. Pour into serving glasses and garnish with small basil leaves.
