Rice and Rutabaga Souffle

Rice and Rutabaga Souffle

1 cup cooked rice
2 cups cooked and mashed rutabaga
2 eggs
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp sugar
Salt and pepper
Dash of nutmeg

Beat eggs separately, combine all ingredients except egg white and mix lightly. Fold in beaten egg whites and turn mixture into buttered casserole. Bake in moderate oven.
