Fried Radishes

Fried Radishes

1 cup Red Dog Farm radishes, quartered
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 Tbsp basil (fresh or dried)
1/2 Tbsp chopped chives (or other fresh herb)
Sea salt and pepper to taste

Melt the butter in a medium saute pan. Add the radishes and toss to coat. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until softened and golden brown. Remove from heat and add the basil and chives. Season with salt and pepper to taste.These are a great alternative to potatoes!
