Crunchy Peanuty Cabbage Slaw

1/2 head of Red Dog Farm green cabbage, thinly sliced
2 Red Dog Farm carrots, grated
1/4 cup of Red Dog Farm Walla Walla onions, very thinly sliced
1/2 cup of raisins
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 Tbs. rice vinegar
2 Tbs. sesame oil
2 Tbs. soy sauce
2 tsp. brown sugar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbs. of grated fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

To make the sauce, mix the peanut butter, rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes together in a bowl. Whisk until no lumps remain (add a little water if needed). Toss the prepared vegetables and raisins together in a bowl, then toss together with the dressing. Serve immediately for maximum crunch!
