Chive Flower Compound Butter

1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1/8 – 1/4 tsp. sea salt
5 – 7 Red Dog Farm Chive flowers
Place butter in a medium bowl then cream butter with electric mixer. Add salt and chive flowers to the butter and stir until ingredients are mixed together. Store in an airtight container.  This will last one week in the refrigerator or up to 6 months in the freezer. Try on your favorite steamed veggies!
