Chimichuri
Grill up the spring onions along with a juicy steak (if that’s something you do) and slather this delicious sauce all over it. Yum!
¼ cup Red Dog Farm Basil
¼ cup Red Dog Farm Italian Parsley
1 tsp. dried oregano
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves
2 dried red chilis
¼ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and run until it’s well blended. Keeps well in the fridge for a week.
