Tasty Rainbow Chard
1 Tbsp olive oil
½ medium red onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, sliced
1/8 cup chicken broth
1 bunch Red Dog Farm Rainbow Chard
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Dash of sea salt and black pepper
Heat oil over medium-heat in a 3 quart pot. Add onion, cook and stir 2 – 3 minutes. Add garlic, cook 1 minute then add broth and chard. Cook and stir 5 – 6 minutes until chard is tender. Remove from heat then stir in lemon juice, salt and pepper. Serves 2
