About our 2025 Picking/Weeding Crew Positions
Part Time: 8-20 hours per week
Seasonal: June- September
Schedule: This crew works weekday mornings 8:30am – 1pm (Tuesdays and Fridays are preferred and will provide the most consistent schedule). We can accommodate various schedules, let us know which mornings work for you.
We are looking for hard-working laborers to join our 2025 picking/weeding crew. There are several positions open. Ideal candidates will be able to work kneeling for four hours per day to pick berries and weed.
Applications will be reviewed as received.
Responsibilities
- The sole responsibilities are to handpick fruits such as berries, peas and beans, and to hand weed
- Communicate verbally with supervisors
Background and Skills
- No farm experience necessary
- 16 years of age minimum
- Ability to work on knees for four hours per day
- Strong back and knees
- Ability to keep a good pace
- Team player able to work with all kinds of people
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to learn and meet quality standards
Compensation
$16.66 – $17.00 per hour DOE, as well as veggies from our fields. Paid sick leave after 90 days (one hour for every 40 hours worked). Housing is not included.
